How to get rid of eczema. Help yourself

Eczema was at on my both legs, on my breasts and some another places but smaller.

My eczema not always bother me. Sometimes I scratched it so bad even blood show up. I have to wear pants all the time to be sure nobody can see my spots. 

I got it when I was a child my grandmother healed me, but after a while I got it again but she forgot the recipe. 

 I had it for a long time, about 10 years. One day I went to a Russia city named Sochi, where it's warm like Florida.

 I met one lady there (God bless her) she told me to go to the ocean and show all my spots to the sun till my skin turn brown.  Yes, I give to try.  My skin turned brown but before was  white. I spend a month on my vacation up there.

I have to be careful with the sun because my skin very easy burn by the sun.. But I did it.  I did everything she told me to do. After about a month when I come back from vacation my spots disappeared. When I looked at my legs I notice I have nothing. I couldn't believe it for a while. But I have not had them since. 

I know many people need help, I hope my advice help many people. I know how you feel.

 Just as there is no cure for hay fever, asthma, and hives there is also no cure for eczema /atopic dermatitis. Eczema can start in infancy and is many times referred to as infantile eczema. Many times infants with eczema will present with redness, scaling, crusting, and oozing of the skin mainly involving the cheeks, arms and thighs. Because of the severe symptoms of itching, infants and children will scratch and rubbed their skin to the point of bleeding and sometimes infection. It is a known fact that skin in patients with eczema tend to harbor more staphylococcal bacteria which can lead to super infection such as impetigo in addition to their eczema. The immune systems in the skin of many patients with eczema is compromised which leads to increased bacterial, viral, and fungal infections.
